We are preparing to build upon our leading US sports brand and continue growth of our exciting products! You will be responsible for charting out the future of our product and platform, building new features, and collaborating across functional teams to optimize those features.

What youll do as a Product Manager

• Play a central role in defining the strategy and goals for the marketing platform of DraftKings specifically focused on enhancing the experimentation capabilities of our platform and enhancing the personalization of key customer experiences within our products.

• Deeply understand the needs of our customers and the goals of internal stakeholders.

• Become recognized as a domain expert on our product, market, industry and competitors.

• Define and prioritize the roadmap for the team and drive execution, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams: engineers, designers, data science, customer research, legal, regulatory compliance, fraud, risk, operations, customer experience

• Effectively communicate the business value and go to market plans of your products

• Transform incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs from customers and stakeholders into clear and actionable plans backed by solid data

• Develop clear and comprehensive product specifications and get buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders

What you'll bring

• A minimum of a Bachelors Degree is required

• A minimum of 3 years of experience launching and growing successful software products

• Prior product or relevant experience in martech, experimentation, audience segmentation, user-level personalization, in general, is a big plus

• Experience managing a platform product, supporting multiple consumer facing product lines, and providing a cohesive vision across the organization

• Comfortable with leveraging data to drive informed decisions.

• Skilled at managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and continuously balancing between prioritizing, building, and iterating on products in a fast-paced environment

• Effectively balance high level, long range vision with day-to-day tasks

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with agile software development methodology and working with engineering and data teams on technical projects.

• Strong comprehension of A/B testing methodologies.

• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling applications is a strong plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 97,800.00 USD - 122,300.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
