LinkSquares is looking for a People Operations Manager to join the LinkSquares team. The People Operations Manager will play a key role in maintaining and refining our benefit offerings, onboarding program, compensation philosophy and People team processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a desire to grow, learn and innovate as the company evolves. This individual should feel comfortable with ambiguity, be able to work autonomously, and gain energy by partnering with and supporting a team.
Responsibilities:
- Own the onboarding process for all new LinkSquares employees. This includes conducting new hire orientation, processing benefit enrollments, processing background checks and additional onboarding tasks.
- Manage annual benefit open enrollment and be the go to resource at LinkSquares for all employee benefit inquiries. Partner with our benefit brokers to continuously enhance and improve our benefit offerings.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements as it relates to employment law, leaves of absence, benefits and compensation.
- Enter and maintain employee information into our HRIS System on a timely basis, accountable for administration and data integrity and keep the strictest of confidentiality with sensitive employee information.
- Collaborate across the People team and with other functional groups to ensure alignment and integration on the People teams operational processes - such as managing open headcount, new hire processes and offboarding.
- Own and manage our People analytics by updating and conducting analysis on our People data on an ongoing basis and compiling quarterly metric reports.
- Maintain LinkSquares compensation program by conducting job evaluations, maintaining job leveling frameworks and benchmarking tools. Partner with business leaders and TA to manage new hire compensation.
- Strategize and implement HR Programs. Contribute to developing programs that enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and executives on people-related matters, including performance management, leaves of absences, employment development and employee relations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in HR, with in-depth knowledge of benefits and HR compliance
- Remarkable drive and a passion for achieving success in a fast moving environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
- Extremely high level of discretion pertaining to confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Apps
- Previous start-up experience is a plus
