Customers.ai is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Agency Partnership Account Executive to join our team. We help marketers, sellers and owners of B2C & B2B businesses find their customers in the most cost-effective way: targeted outbound marketing and sales outreach automation. Customers.ai is based in Boston and was founded by Larry Kim, one of the most recognized and influential marketers in the world.
As an Agency Partnership Account Executive you will work to build and manage a strong pipeline of Agency Referral partners. This position will be responsible for bringing new Agencies on board and establishing relationships with those Agencies to work together to identify new Sales opportunities. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and taking part in shaping our new Agency Referral Partner Program. Excited yet?

Here is some of what you will do:
- Build and manage your sales pipeline by qualifying and following up on inbound leads.
- Establish a productive relationship with the Agencies you bring on board and look for ways to partner together.Â
- Run consultative product trials and work with clients to establish trial success criteria.
- Conduct follow up and negotiation and closing activities.Â
- Develop a deep understanding of our product and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to shape sales strategy.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Work cross functionally with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and to identify potential upsell opportunities.Â
What you will bring:
- A 4 year college degree or comparable experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience working at a Marketing Agency
- Experience in Digital Marketing programs like paid search, email marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, etc.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for new technology
- A winning attitude and track record of success
- The desire to grow quickly in your role
- The ability to work from our Boston Back Bay office three days per week
