International Women's Day 2025 - How Tech Companies are Recognizing the Day

In recognition of International Women's Day and this year's theme #AccelerateAction, we reached out to companies asking the following question:

How is your company recognizing International Women's Day?

Here are their responses.

Vestmark
The Vestmark’s women’s group was established by employees to empower women within Vestmark to achieve their full potential, fostering personal and career growth Throughout the year Vestmark hosted Women Forums, Panel Discussions and participants had the opportunity to attend conferences including the Massachusetts Conference for Women and the National Conference for Women. Vestmark will be hosting a SheTo event which is the largest private network of women and non-binary engineering leaders. Vestmark seeks to contribute to a workplace culture that recognizes and harnesses the full potential of every individual, irrespective of gender. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where all employees thrive both personally and professionally.

Cohere Health
On March 6, 2025, Cohere Health is hosting our second annual International Women’s Day Power Hour with female panelists across various departments and leadership levels. This year we have chosen to focus on topics such as gender barriers in the workplace, balancing your home life and your work life, and the development of leadership skills. Conversations like these are not only vital to our professional development as women, but also our personal development. Cohere is proud to consider themselves a community that celebrates each other's growths and acknowledges the challenges and triumphs of women in the workplace, while advocating for the next generation.

Pluralsight
At Pluralsight, we’re celebrating International Women’s Day by recognizing and uplifting the incredible women in our organization and beyond. Our Women@PS ERG launched ElevateHer, a recognition series where team members nominated women across the organization who champion empowerment, respect, and inclusivity. From over 90 nominations, our leaders will select one outstanding winner from each region (APAC, EMEA, and NA) to receive the ElevateHer award.

Beyond IWD, we’re dedicating the month to celebrating Women’s History Month with inspiring events, including a vision board workshop, a keynote on how women can be catalysts for change in the workplace and leadership, and spotlights on impactful women outside our company. It’s a month of connection, empowerment, and lifting each other up.

Agero

Agero is proud to send multiple associates every year through the Arise Leadership Accelerator. Arise is a cohort-based program that provides women valuable leadership skills and connection opportunities.

“After going through the The Arise Leadership program, I gained more confidence to have difficult conversations to help drive things forward in regards to me personally, as well as actions that needed to be taken to improve processes in our organization,” said Grace, one of Agero’s employees who went through the program.

Another participant, Crystal, said “This program honed my leadership skills, strengthened my personal brand, and fostered connections with inspiring female leaders across industries.”

Ashley spoke of the confidence the program gave her. “Through immersive sessions on storytelling, stakeholder management, and influence-building, I learned how to communicate with clarity, lead with purpose, and drive alignment across teams.”

CarGurus
At CarGurus, we're embracing the theme of #AccelerateAction throughout Women's History Month with our Women@CarGurus ERG and our Women in Sales and Women in Tech communities. We kicked off the month with a "Living History" community conversation, inviting employees to highlight women making history today. For every employee who participates, we'll make a donation to a women-focused organization. We’ll also host First Aid & CPR trainings led by Captain Michelle Chu, the first Asian woman to hold her position. On March 26th, we’ll come together for a breakfast & networking hour, where we encourage attendees to wear red in recognition of Equal Pay Day. To close out the month, we’ll invite employees to take a walk along the Women’s Heritage Trail in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood, reflecting on the stories of the women who have shaped history

Attensi

For this IWD we're excited to welcome our new VP of Marketing Rachel James to Attensi. As a leading female voice in tech, Rachel believes women need to be represented at every level and that can only be achieved by fostering a supportive, nurturing and flexible environment where women have the opportunity to grow and develop consistently throughout their career. We're happy to have her global experience and perspective elevate the team and help communicate the importance of AI-powered tech in learning & development to help accelerate business growth.

In addition to bringing on our talented new VP of Marketing, each office will be ordering food through local women-owned businesses to support the greater community

ReversingLabs
We're thrilled to celebrate Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day at ReversingLabs! 💜 This March, we’re honoring the achievements of women past and present while championing equality and progress. To bring the celebration to life, we’re hosting a PurpleParty Competition, encouraging employees to deck out themselves, their workspace, or anything they like with as much purple as possible and showcase their creativity. With fun, engagement, and a little friendly competition, we’re turning ReversingLabs into a sea of purple! Looking forward to seeing our teams come together in support of this important cause. Additionally we are providing our Croatia female employees with a keepsake box of chocolates.
