We are really excited to announce that we launched the new design of our Company Pages (formerly known as BIZZpages)!!!
We have been busy updating the design of our whole website. It's probably been three years since our last major redesign, so we were definitely due!
First, we added a new Video section, then we rebranded Stories to Insights which included an updated design.
For our new company pages, we spent a lot of time analyzing the needs of our audience to figure out how we can improve helping job seekers with researching and discovering companies.
What you'll notice is a new design that is a whole new look, but it is also streamlined. It provides the most important information for helping you learn about a company, its people, and culture. We removed some elements that weren't very useful and placed an emphasis on the information that has the most relevance, like pictures, jobs, videos, and more.
We are also really excited about the expansion of the new culture section on our Company Pages. It features a lot more information, including a specific break down of three areas:
1. Values
2. Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
3. Benefits
