Hiring Unlocked: Ketryx – Inside the Customer Success & Delivery Team

We’re about 20 people right now, and we have various levels of seniority across the team.

Team Structure and Talent Development

We have a kind of a new grad/associate level where folks right out of college are joining the workforce, joining Ketrix, learning our product, and helping establish a career and building things from the ground up. I really love that feeder system.

One thing I’m passionate about is talent development. The consultant development program at Veeva, which created a lot of great leaders, really taught me about this—seeing people come in at that level and eventually become, for example, the Head of Product. So there’s that associate level, a manager level, and we also go up to director.

The Work: Roles and Responsibilities

As of right now, people do a lot of different things. We’re doing everything from implementation:

  • Requirements gathering
  • Configuration
  • Migrations
  • Integrations of the systems
  • Project management (how this is managed in a regulated setting)
  • Stakeholder management (working with various levels of the organization from a governance perspective)
  • Value realization (setting ourselves up for an expanded partnership from a customer success side)

Ideal Candidate Profiles

I would encourage folks who:

  • Have a delivery background.
  • Have worked in implementation or consulting before. This is a really good profile for us.
  • Are technical, because this is a technical product.

Even a software engineering profile—someone who understands code but also wants to work with customers—should come talk to us. This is the cross-section of skills we’re looking at.

Hiring at All Levels

We are hiring at all levels. We also have some very specific, more specialized roles within quality assurance and regulatory affairs where we provide consulting services.

Generally, we look for people that have that startup hunger: “Can I do something better? Can I do something faster? Do I want to make an impact?” We are looking for people that are chasing impact. If you’re chasing impact, this might be the place for you.
