As a Senior GTM Recruiter at 7AI, you will be a crucial piece to the growth of the company, shaping hiring for Sales, Marketing and other GTM skillsets through a period of hyper growth. You won’t just “fill roles”; you’ll be a strategic partner to GTM leadership, shaping org design, raising the talent bar, and ensuring we hire exceptional performers who thrive in high-intensity startup environments.

You will help build the engine that builds the company.

This role is ideal for someone who has recruited in fast-paced startup environments where performance expectations are high, talent density matters, and speed is critical; but quality is never compromised.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Partnerships, etc.)

  • Partner closely with founders and GTM leaders on headcount planning, org design, and talent strategy

  • Develop creative, high-conviction sourcing strategies to identify and engage top 1% talent

  • Actively source passive candidates using outbound, referrals, events, and targeted market mapping

  • Drive structured, high-bar interview processes that prioritize performance, rigor, and culture add

  • Close exceptional candidates in competitive markets

  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer brand

  • Serve as a talent advisor — providing data-driven insights on market trends, compensation, and competitive intelligence

  • Build scalable recruiting infrastructure while maintaining startup speed

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles

  • Proven success hiring top-performing Sales and Marketing talent

  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments, with experience in the Cybersecurity domain preferred

  • Track record of operating in organizations with a relentlessly high performance bar
