What is the interview process at Cohere Health?
While the interview process is tailored uniquely to each position and team, it generally follows a five-step structure:
- Application: An individual applies directly through the company website or partner job boards.
- Preliminary interview: A member of the talent acquisition team reaches out for an initial phone interview.
- Hiring manager interview: A dedicated interview with the hiring manager for the specific role.
- Team interviews and assessments: Additional interviews with cross-functional team members the candidate would interact with daily. This stage may also include technical assessments or a case study presentation.
- Reference check and offer: The team conducts reference checks before extending a formal offer for employment.
