It’s Pride Month! Here is how tech companies are supporting and celebrating LGBTQ+ employees in the workplace during Pride Month 2025.
Each year, Attensi offices host a bake sale in recognition of Pride Month, with all proceeds donated to a local LGBTQ+ organization. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace, while also giving back to the broader community. Beyond raising funds, the event serves as an opportunity to celebrate diversity, promote allyship, and strengthen our collective understanding of the LGBTQ+ community.
This Pride Month, the LGBTQ+@CG Employee Resource Group (ERG) brought employees together through a thoughtful lineup of events celebrating inclusion and community. The festivities kicked off with a virtual Slack parade supporting organizations like PFLAG, the nation’s largest organization for supporting, educating, and advocating for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them. This was followed by Out in Tech’s “Proud All Around” event at #GuruHQ—an evening of storytelling that celebrated wins big and small. The ERG also co-hosted a Juneteenth x PRIDE celebration with POC@CG, reflecting a year-round commitment to honoring the strength and intersectionality of our communities.
In celebration of Pride Month, our Werqplace ARG sponsored a virtual Jeopardy game where associates teamed up to test their knowledge of LGBTQIA+ history, culture, and more…all while sporting custom Pride Month Zoom backgrounds!
At Hometap, we’re proud to celebrate Pride Month in collaboration with our employee-led Community Impact Groups, Out at Hometap and the DEI group. Throughout June, we’re working with these impact groups to share educational resources and historical context in our employee internal newsletter to support learning, reflection, and allyship across the company.
We’re also bringing employees together for a company-wide Drag Queen Trivia event, hosted by a drag queen. It will be an inclusive opportunity for Hometappers to test their knowledge and celebrate LGBTQ+ culture and history!
SmartBear HQ hosted a Tea Party to celebrate Pride Month – complete with bubble tea, a button-making station, and a whole lot of joy.
At PatientPoint, we celebrate Pride Month with fun, inclusive events like our upcoming Drag Queen Bingo, hosted virtually by the fabulous Detroit Divas. Teammates are encouraged to show their support by wearing their favorite rainbow looks, adding pronouns to email signatures, using Pride-themed Teams backgrounds, and giving back to LGBTQ+ causes like Transform and Out of the Closet. We also provide resources to help employees find and participate in local Pride celebrations. It’s all part of creating a workplace where everyone feels seen, supported, and celebrated.
At Rapid7, we’re elevating Pride by uplifting the history, voices, and experiences that reflect the depth and breadth of the communities we aim to secure. Inclusive representation strengthens our work as Global Cybersecurity Citizens and we reinforce that through meaningful action. From hosting a global education session with PFLAG exploring the intersection of LGBTQ+ past and present, to sponsoring and participating in Pride parades in Boston and Belfast, to local moments like trivia with a queen in Tampa, community initiatives in the Czech Republic, and curated playlists and literature lists, our opportunities for engagement help build a culture where authenticity and impact go hand in hand.
