We’re seeking an ambitious and talented recruiter and people operations manager to make our awesome team more awesome… and bigger! We’re looking for someone to manage all things HR: the recruiting process across functions, and to design and implement training plans, oversee compensation plans, help set promotion criteria, and manage benefits. This is an ideal role for an aspiring HR executive ready to take a leading role in defining and fortifying a company’s culture.
- Recruiting expertise - proven ability to competitively hire top engineers and/or sales people who weren’t actively looking for jobs
- Hyper-growth experience – full-time work experience in a rapidly growing start-up
- At a minimum, basic knowledge of employment law
- Experience managing a training program and budget
- Fundamental alignment with our core environmental values.
