About the Role
Seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high level support to members of the C Suite and Executive Vice President team and their business priorities.
A typical day will include

Proactively manage calendars with the ability to schedule and prioritize meetings, resolve schedule conflicts, and stay several steps ahead to maintain efficiency.

Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts, make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day to day engagements

Expense management and reporting through our internal system: Concur

Arrange off-site meetings including venue, accommodations, catering, meeting supplies, etc., as needed.

Acting as a liaison to customers, senior leaders, and other organizations on behalf of this executive

Serving as a backup for the office manager
This role is a fit for you if

You have 2-3 years of admin experience supporting an SVP or above.

Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.

Are a self-starter, great communicator with a can-do attitude, no task is too small

Able to organize, prioritize and multitask utilizing effective time management skills.

Youre comfortable in an environment that moves quickly and changes frequently

Proficiency in Google Suite, Concur, Slack, and Whatsapp

Able to work flexible hours across multiple time zones

Open to travel as required for the role (not projected to be more than 20% as work-related travel eventually returns to a more regular state)
