The Role

As a Solution Consultant, you are the primary bridge between complex Regulatory challenges and Veeva’s industry-leading cloud solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor to the world’s most innovative Life Sciences companies, you will help Regulatory teams move away from fragmented legacy systems and toward a unified Vault RIM platform.

 

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in Life Sciences, technical curiosity, exceptional presentation & communication skills, and a team first attitude.

What You’ll Do

  • Solve Unique Challenges: Uncover specific business challenges and craft solutions that show how Vault RIM streamlines end-to-end Regulatory processes.
  • Showcase Value: Deliver compelling, tailored presentations that highlight the tangible benefits and the value of the Vault RIM platform.
  • Drive Innovation: Using your industry and technical knowledge you’ll identify how Veeva solutions can replace manual processes and drive innovation for our customers.
  • Build Relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by building deep, credible relationships with Regulatory stakeholders.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Account Partners, Strategists, and other cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience within the Life Sciences industry
  • Familiarity with end-to-end Regulatory processes and lifecycles, including submission planning, submission publishing, product registration, and document management
  • Technical curiosity and an understanding of cloud/SaaS technology
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team first environment
  • Energetic self-starter; able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, primarily in North America

Nice to Have

  • Experience in pre-sales, Solution Consulting, or other related customer-facing roles
  • Experience in Regulatory Operations groups within pharmaceutical and biotech organizations
  • End-user and/or Administrator experience with Veeva products, Vault RIM, or other Regulatory Operations software
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) or other advanced technical tools and concepts

Compensation

  • Base pay: $80,000 – $200,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
