Job Description

Tripleseat is the leading web-based event management and sales platform designed for restaurants, hotels, and unique venues. Our mission is to simplify and streamline the event planning process, allowing our clients to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative, innovative work environment that encourages growth and development.

Success in this role is measured not by training volume but by outcomes: faster new-hire ramp and time-to-first-deal; increased meetings held and sales-qualified opportunity creation; improved bookings, pipeline conversion, and win rates; reduced days to close and stronger sales velocity; consistent demo quality and seller confidence across every segment; high certification and course-completion rates paired with demonstrated retention and real-world application; strong seller engagement with enablement content and programs; increased adoption of Gong, Outreach, AI tools, and other GTM technology; and a scalable enablement framework that grows alongside the revenue organization.

This position is open to remote candidates eligible to work in the United States. Week 1 of onboarding is in-person, based out of our Concord, MA office. A hybrid work schedule will be offered if the ideal candidate is based near our Concord, MA office. Additional travel may be required for meetings, company events, and training.

What You’ll Own

• Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding, continuous learning, coaching, and certification programs that accelerate new-hire ramp and build long-term seller effectiveness.

• Partner with Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify skill gaps, prioritize enablement initiatives, and align programs to GTM strategy.

• Develop and maintain a trusted, current, and highly utilized Guru knowledge base that gives sellers easy access to the content, playbooks, and resources they need.

• Build and manage a scalable enablement and certification framework that evolves alongside product updates, competitive shifts, and changes to our go-to-market motion.

• Drive adoption and effective use of Gong, Outreach, AI-powered tools, and other sales technologies by creating targeted training and reinforcement programs.

• Measure and report on enablement impact using data that connects program activity to seller behavior, pipeline creation, bookings, win rates, and overall sales velocity.

• Facilitate live training sessions, workshops, and coaching experiences that build product knowledge, methodology fluency, and demo confidence across all segments.

• Coordinate complex, cross-functional enablement projects from concept through execution, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables with strong program discipline.

• Other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• 4-7+ years of experience across Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Leadership, or related GTM roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or hospitality technology.

• At least 2 years of direct selling experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or hospitality, with firsthand understanding of the expectations and realities of carrying a quota.

• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver onboarding, continuous learning, coaching, and certification programs.

• Strong product aptitude with the ability to learn a technical product deeply, confidently demonstrate it, coach others, and support live prospect or customer conversations.

• Experience with sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger, MEDDICC, or similar, with the ability to translate methodology into practical seller behaviors.

• Strong understanding of modern sales technology, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LMS platforms, and AI-powered sales tools.

• High AI fluency and curiosity, with the ability to identify and operationalize practical AI use cases for sellers and managers.

• Experience managing learning and knowledge platforms such as WorkRamp, Guru, Lessonly, Seismic, or similar.

• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect enablement activity to seller behavior and measurable revenue outcomes.

• Exceptional facilitation, coaching, communication, and content-development skills.

• Comfortable operating as a hands-on player-coach in a fast-moving environment where strategy and execution are equally important.

• Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Guru, LMS platforms, AI-powered sales tools, and other GTM technologies, with the ability to drive effective seller adoption and application.
