  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to align supply chain processes with business and project objectives.

  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to monitor KPIs (e.g., invoice accuracy, cycle times, supplier performance), identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

  • Lead, develop, and coach a team, fostering a high-performance and accountable environment.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies (Green/Black Belt preferred).

  • Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP) and PLM systems (Teamcenter or similar), including system workflows, data structures, and integrations.

  • Demonstrated experience in invoice resolution, procure-to-pay processes, and financial reconciliation workflows.

  • Experience working in complex, project-based or automation/construction environments (highly preferred).

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to drive insights and decision-making.

  • Strong understanding of cross-functional supply chain processes, including procurement, supplier management, planning, and logistics.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions.

Our Environment

  • Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
