Job Description

Sincere is looking for a Senior Manager, Creative to join our growing team. This is a hands-on design leadership role responsible for shaping how our brands come to life visually and raising the bar for the creative work we put into the world.

At the heart of this role are three things: exceptional brand design craft, a strong point of view on the systems and tools behind great creative work, and experience translating brands across a range of formats and mediums, from marketing campaigns and social content to motion and video. You will define cohesive visual worlds for our brands, evolve how our team creates and collaborates, and own the creative pipeline across marketing and digital stationery.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and evolve the visual expression of our brands through style guides, templates, toolkits, and reusable systems that bring typography, layout, imagery, and other brand elements together cohesively
  • Lead design across marketing campaigns, email, ads, social, and other key consumer touchpoints
  • Shape the creative direction of Punchbowl and Lovebird’s digital stationery collections, translate data insights and business priorities into clear briefs, and review work through execution
  • Shape how our creative team works, with a strong point of view on the tools, systems, and workflows we use to design, collaborate, manage assets, and incorporate AI
  • Guide motion and video creative from idea through execution, including concepting, briefing, and evaluating final work
  • Stay hands-on, contributing directly to creative concepts, design, and production where you can have the greatest impact
  • Provide designers, illustrators, and external partners with clear, actionable direction and feedback that strengthens the work and enables efficient execution
  • Maintain visibility across priorities, deadlines, dependencies, feedback, and bottlenecks to keep the creative pipeline moving, while serving as a final set of eyes to ensure work is polished, accurate, and on-brand before it ships

You have:

  • 10+ years in brand or multidisciplinary design, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, creative range, and sophisticated taste
  • Deep expertise in brand design, including typography, layout, visual identity, style guides, templates, and visual systems
  • A strong point of view on creative systems and workflows, including how teams design, collaborate, manage assets, and use emerging tools and AI
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fluency in bringing brands to life through motion and video, with the ability to concept, brief, and evaluate work across formats
  • A track record of briefing and guiding designers, illustrators, photographers, videographers, and other creative partners
  • Exceptional creative judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and move fluidly between creative leadership and hands-on execution
