The Team You'll Join

The Mirakl Revenue Operations – AMER team is a cross-functional team that sits within the broader Global Sales Acceleration organization.

The core mission of this team is management of the GTM (Go-To-Market) tech stack, driving process alignment, operational efficiency and scalability.

This function collaborates with the full GTM (Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Partnerships) organization, as well as other teams such as Enablement and Finance to ensure predictable, data-driven revenue growth.

6-month co-op or internship starting January 2027 | Based in Boston

This is a co-op position through Northeastern University's cooperative education program; candidates must be enrolled Northeastern co-op students eligible for co-op credit.

Your Impact

  • Help source and upload net new Account and Contact data with a focus on quality, hygiene, and enrichment to power smarter decision-making.
  • Support the development and refinement of trackers and forecasting models to predict sales performance and pipeline health/attribution.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business operations, contributing to process improvements that drive productivity and scale.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on projects that enhance platform capabilities and optimize GTM execution.

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

  • Currently pursuing higher education in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • *Preferred – Experience with Salesforce, Data Analytics and/or GTM Tools.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Experience using AI to enrich datasets and solve complex problems through webscraping, querying and applied intelligence.
  • Team player who thrives in international, collaborative environments.
  • Passionate about SaaS, e-commerce and eager to contribute to marketplace innovation.

Below you will find the reasonably estimated hourly range for this role. Your starting compensation within this range will be based on your relevant skills, and experience and education, with any future adjustments informed by role scope, performance, and internal pay equity.

Hourly Pay Range
$22—$22 USD
