Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)

You love recruiting.

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global TA team on a contract basis. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle across a mix of functions – G&A, Sales/GTM, and IT – partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to find great people and get them across the line.

This isn’t a passive req-management role. You’ll bring strategy, hustle, and genuine care for candidate experience to every search.

What you’ll be doing

• Running full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer across a multi-req workload
• Building diverse, high-quality pipelines through creative sourcing, AI-powered tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, etc.
• Serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HRBPs – sharing market insights, setting realistic expectations, and guiding interview panels
• Keeping data clean and metrics meaningful in Workday Recruit

• Are comfortable context-switching across functions and levels without losing momentum
• Know your way around Workday Recruit and modern AI sourcing tools
• Can ramp quickly, work independently, and deliver results in a contract environment
• Love the human side of recruiting as much as the process side

📍 Hybrid — 3 days remote, 2 days/week in our Lexington, MA office
📅 Estimated 6-month engagement
💰 $45–65/hour depending on experience
