Job Description

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own and scale regional demand generation programs that directly impact pipeline and revenue.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, translating high-level strategy into on-the-ground programs — from executive events and field activations to partner campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives.

You’ll work closely with sales, growth, and product marketing to create memorable, high-impact experiences that engage prospects and accelerate deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute regional field marketing strategies aligned to pipeline and revenue goals

  • Plan and deliver high-impact events (executive dinners, roundtables, trade shows, webinars) end-to-end

  • Partner closely with sales to target key accounts and support deal acceleration

  • Build and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs for high-value prospects

  • Launch integrated, multi-channel campaigns across field, digital, and partner channels

  • Experiment with AI-driven tools and tactics to personalize outreach and improve performance

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI

  • Identify and develop co-marketing opportunities with partners, customers, and industry communities

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing (preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity)

  • Proven track record of driving pipeline through events and regional programs

  • Strong experience working closely with sales teams and revenue targets

  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership

  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign ROI and performance

  • Exceptional communication and project management skills

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Bonus:

  • Experience in cybersecurity or AI companies

  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and enterprise sales cycles

  • Comfort experimenting with AI tools in marketing workflows
