Revenue Intelligence Representative

At 3Play Media, we're building an AI-enabled go-to-market team where the best salespeople aren't just great at outbound, they're operators. They manage fleets of AI prospecting agents, monitor and improve automated workflows, make judgment calls that AI can't, and close deals themselves. It's a different kind of role, and it attracts a different kind of person.

If you've spent time figuring out why a sequence isn't converting and rebuilding it from scratch, you'll get this role immediately. If you've set up tools, pulled your own data to understand what's working, and pushed to close rather than hand off, you're who we're looking for.

This is an accelerated Sr. BDR to Account Executive path. You're closing from day one, and this role is explicitly designed to fast-track strong performers into a full AE seat. The expectation is not that you are solely in a Sr. BDR role forever; it's that you prove quickly you can operate at the next level. 

 

What You'll Do

Outbound & Closing

  •   Generate outbound pipeline independently through strategic prospecting 
  •   Close business from pro accounts and small mid-market enterprises. This is a quota-carrying, revenue-generating role
  •   Manage the full sales cycle for your accounts: prospecting, discovery, proposal, and close
  •   Collaborate with Account Executives and Leadership to align on target account strategy and territory priorities
  •   Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and deal status in HubSpot. 

AI Pipeline Operations

  •   Quarterback a fleet of AI prospecting agents  to own the messaging strategy, targeting logic, and response quality for automated outbound workflows
  •   Serve as the human-in-the-loop for qualification touchpoints that require judgment or relationship context
  •   Continuously analyze pipeline data to identify what's working and what isn't. Adjust messaging, targeting, and sequencing as needed.
  •   Track and report on AI agent performance: open rates, response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution

 

Who You Are

The strongest candidates for this role will have most of the following. 

  • Demonstrated progress generating pipeline and closing deals
  • You learn new tools fast and get genuinely interested in how they work  
  • Strong data analysis skill with a “fix it” mindset  
  •  Strong written and verbal communication  
  •  Organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating without a lot of hand-holding
  • 2–4 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in an outbound or BDR capacity with  a demonstrated track record of quota attainment
  • Experience in SaaS, edtech, media technology, or accessibility is helpful context but not required

This is a quota-carrying position.

The expected base salary range for this role is $55,000 – $70,000.
