Kensho looks for ideal candidates who are deeply interested in the artificial intelligence and machine learning space. They value people who are technologists at heart. Over 80% of employees at Kensho are either in engineering or product management roles.
What is the Kensho interview process?
The interview process at Kensho is designed to be straightforward and fast. After a candidate applies or is contacted, the steps typically include:
An initial conversation with a recruiter lasting 15 to 30 minutes.
A phone screen with a hiring manager or a team member, which typically involves a technical exercise since many roles are technical.
A final round interview that lasts about four hours. This round consists of two to three technical interviews along with a standard behavioral interview.
In total, candidates should expect to spend about five to six hours throughout the process over a couple of weeks.
