Founded in 2020 by two software pros who lived through broken onboarding at high-growth companies like Bombas, VTS, and Troops (acquired by Salesforce), OnRamp was built to eliminate post-sales friction — starting at the very beginning.

Noticing early the shift of Customer Success from cost centers to revenue centers, we knew firsthand the impact strong, engaging customer onboarding can have on a business’s revenue. OnRamp was inspired by a mission to eliminate friction in business-user relationships – starting with customer onboarding.
Our Onboarding Engine
Since our inception, we’ve built a foundation of workflow orchestration and automation that supercharges post-sales teams. On top of that foundation, OnRamp has built the market’s first intelligent onboarding engine that deploys agentic AI to act, anticipate and personalize onboarding flows – ushering in a new reality of customer engagement.
