Job Description: 

As a senior product marketer at Agero, reporting to the VP of Product Strategy & Marketing, you'll aggressively and enthusiastically exercise your story-telling, technical, and analytical skills to extend Agero's market-leading B2B position. You'll lead go-to-market activities for new products, services, and technologies. You'll translate features and benefits into differentiated messaging for multiple audiences throughout B2B2C value chains. You'll draw insightful conclusions from qualitative and quantitative data. Through researching markets and competitors, and proactively seeking out clients, providers, and users to listen to their needs, you'll create market requirements that drive what we do next. And you'll collaborate cross-functionally, with product managers, engineering, sales, customer service, and marketing, to make it happen.

Essential Duties:

  • Gather industry, competitor & consumer research to inform leadership, sales and product teams
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing on product launches, collateral review, demand generation programs, PR campaigns, promotional materials, competitive positioning, sales materials, and roadmaps.
  • Shape key value propositions across constituents in the B2B2C value chain, and identify product features/benefits, proof points and messaging hierarchy to inform product communications, tactics and broader brand building efforts
  • Establish strong working relationships with team members across business units and corporate strategy to support alignment of Agero long-term strategies.
  • Provide product positioning materials for customer-facing team members
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies and organizational coordination for new feature launches, including positioning, naming, external communications, and competitive analysis

Requirements
  • Our ideal candidate has experience driving business results in a cross-functional team of sales, engineering, and marketing, and loves interacting directly with clients and customers to understand their needs and motivations. You relish owning, defining, and launching new products to target unexploited markets.
  • Minimum 8 years of Product Marketing experience. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related technology field. MBA required. Software or services background preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for building and maintaining an API driven big data platform engineering solutions with a focus on complex applications that use real-time data pipelines, running quality, integrity algorithms while processing large datasets at scale. Integrates large external data sets like weather, traffic, etc. to allow the data science team to innovate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Design, architect and build a data platform over Big Data Technologies
  • Own and establish Reference Architecture for Big Data
  • Help establish and communicate fit of analytical platforms for business prototypes

POSITION SUMMARY: This person will be responsible for SOA/BPM Oracle Fusion Middleware design and development of complex critical internal components in a highly available mission critical application environment. Mentors and provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff. Reviews, analyzes and revises complex program issues that arise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist in the requirements phase for SOA/BPM projects; apply current knowledge and research current standards to keep up with the continuing changes in the industry
  • Create SOA design patterns, reference architectures and development standards
  • Create high-level SOA/BPM design documents from requirements utilizing Object Oriented or Structured Methods that contain use cases, flow diagrams, structure definitions and architecture diagrams

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION: BS/BA in related discipline.

EXPERIENCE: 5 years related experience. 2 years project management and systems experience with progressively increasing software engineering experience and responsibilities; certification a plus. Proven experience installing/administering/tuning/upgrading Weblogic 9.2 and above application servers in Linux environments. Proven experience installing/administering/tuning/upgrading Oracle SOA Suite 11g and above application servers in Linux environments. Experience performance tuning at WebLogic domain level and OS level, performance tuning WebLogic heap, threads, JDBC and JMS subsystems a plus. Each Agero Analytics team member is aligned with one or more groups, such as Network Operations, Client Services, or Marketing, and partners with those teams to help them achieve their goals. Reports to the senior manager of the IT Data Management Group with primary responsibilities for enabling agile development activities and migration to the cloud using a variety of database platforms. REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-10 years of overall database administration and support experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years of cloud database administration and support of production environments.
  • Strong experience with AWS, AMI's, CloudFormation templates, and general process automation is required.
  • Experience with 2 or more database platforms from the following list; DynamoDB, AuroaDB, PostgresSQL, MariaDB, MySQL, ArrangoDB, Neo4J, Redshift.
  • Experience with 1 or more database platforms from the following list; SQL Server or Oracle is a plus.

DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: 

Agero is seeking a Software Quality Engineer who will be responsible for executing automated and manual tests for various components and applications. In this role, quality engineer would be responsible for executing unit testing, integrated testing, regression testing and automation testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the analysis, design and implementation of information systems in order to meet specified functional design requirements and specifications.
  • Assists in developing test plans and test cases based on established specifications and user stories.
  • Participate in team scrum and Agile sprint development cycles
  • Apply and Develop automated test frameworks in Selenium to meet automation testing requirements.
  • Assist in black-box and white-box testing.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will collaborate closely with Solution Architects, developers, the business IT team, and the business users to design, build, and deploy various Salesforce product solutions and integrations with other solutions that interface with them. The objective of this position is to improve response time to critical client facing production issues, reduce time to issue resolution, and prevent repeat occurrences through root cause analysis.
