Now we’re building Flywheel 2.0, an integrated AI-powered platform to build demand, increase inventory efficiency, access capital, and track competition, all in one place.
We optimize billions of transactions for thousands of entrepreneurs and brands around the world selling on Amazon and other marketplaces. The Teikametrics ROP uses proprietary econometrics and machine-learning data models packaged in a simple SaaS interface. We combine our best in class technology with coaching and support from our world-class teams based around the country and the globe. Founder & CEO
As the Founder and CEO, Alasdair is responsible for Teikametrics’ business strategy and technology platform.
In 2001, Alasdair founded an e-commerce company in his dorm-room which grew into a multi-million dollar company selling high-end sporting goods. The company became one of Amazon's first Third-Party Retailers in the sporting goods category in 2003.
He also founded the weight loss and fitness company Traineo and has built and provided e-commerce solutions to large organizations including Newscorp, The Times of London, L’Oreal, and The New York Marathon.
Alasdair earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Harvard University where he was captain of the Track and Field Team and a member of the Great Britain and England national track teams.
John T. Shea
Chief Growth Officer
John T. Shea is the Chief Growth Officer of Teikametrics where he helps brands, sellers and agencies maximize profit from Amazon Advertising.
John has spent the last 12 years helping direct-response marketers succeed with advertising technology. Prior to Teikametrics John spent 4 years working on display advertising as the VP of Mid-Market Sales at Criteo and five years working on paid search advertising as a Senior Agency Lead at Google.
Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer, Marian applies her experience as an HR Business Partner, Organizational Consultant, and Leadership Coach to propel Teikametrics’ talent to their career growth and performance potential. Marian partners with leaders to activate positive change critical for Teikametrics’ success.
Marian has held leadership roles at various organizations in a variety of industries, most recently as Head of Talent at York Creative Collective, which included an Advertising agency and a DTC business. An innovative people and culture leader, Marian supported the employee experience at Getty Images by leading people & performance management strategy and scaling a leadership program as the company grew to support a business transformation initiative. Marian has studied high performance and organizational leadership and has degrees from Columbia University and Coach Training from Columbia Business School.
Chief Product Officer
As Teikametrics’ CPO, Guddanti applies his decade of e-commerce insider knowledge to guide the company’s evolving product roadmap and drive continued marketplace advertising success for brand owners across all channels and platforms.
Throughout his 14-year tenure at Amazon, Guddanti held leadership roles across every crucial function of the company’s ecommerce ecosystem, from retail finance, to Amazon Prime, to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). Starting in 2016, Guddanti served as Director of Worldwide Sponsored Ads Growth & Customer Success at Amazon, working directly with Paul Kotas, SVP of Worldwide Advertising, to accelerate global adoption of Amazon’s Sponsored Products ads. While in this role, Guddanti managed a global team of 700+ employees across 11 countries.
SVP of Marketing
Tricia drives the marketing and go-to-market strategy for Teikametrics as it unlocks growth for sellers on the most valuable marketplaces.
Prior to joining Teikametrics, Tricia was Chief Marketing Officer at Skyword, the leading content marketing software and services company where she led the company's marketing and product marketing strategies. Tricia also served as Senior Director of Divisional Marketing at RSA, The Security Division of Dell/EMC. Earlier in her career, she served as Vice President of Marketing for Be Free, an affiliate marketing company that transformed online advertising from pay-per-view to pay-for-performance. She built the marketing organization and helped guide the company from Series A funding to its IPO and eventual purchase by ValueClick. She also headed up marketing at XIUS-bcgi, a global wireless infrastructure company.
Director of Product Design
As Director of Product Design, Will is responsible for leading overall user experience and branding.
Will joined Teikametrics after 4 years at IBM working for the Watson group and for clients including Google, American Express, Tiffany’s, and Unum. Will designed one of the first ever B-to-C implementations of Watson technology for GEICO in 2015.
Professor Jerry Hausman
Scientific Advisor - Econometrics and Data Science
Professor Jerry Hausman is the MacDonald Professor of Economics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Professor Hausman received a D.Phil. (Ph.D.) degree from Oxford University where he was a Marshall Scholar. He has been a faculty member at MIT for 43 years. Professor Hausman received the John Bates Clark Award from the American Economics Association in 1985 for the most outstanding contributions to economics by an economist under 40 years of age. Professor Hausman has consulted for the world’s leading retail brands and retailers including Starbucks, Kellogg’s, Anheuser Busch, Tesco’s, and Home Depot.
