About the Role
As a Level 1 Designer at ZoomInfo, you'll create intuitive user experiences for our B2B intelligence platform and solutions (SalesOS, MarketingOS, TalentOS). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems for sales and marketing professionals while embracing emerging technologies, including AI-driven design solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Design user-centered experiences for ZoomInfo's suite of go-to-market tools
- Create clear and effective data visualizations that transform complex business intelligence into actionable insights
- Collaborate with product teams to explore AI-enhanced user interfaces and workflows
- Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
- Participate in user research to validate design decisions
- Contribute to our design system evolution
- Stay current with UX/UI design trends and emerging AI design patterns
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 0-2 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Forward-thinking mindset toward AI applications in design
- Portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience designing for data-driven products
- Knowledge of data visualization principles
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or platforms
- Understanding of how AI can enhance user experiences
- Experience designing dashboard interfaces
- Basic knowledge of front-end web technologies
