About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to build and execute ZoomInfo’s partner enablement strategy from the ground up. This role will be instrumental in empowering our partner ecosystem with the knowledge, tools, and training needed to successfully resell, implement, and support ZoomInfo solutions. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Enablement, this position requires a strategic mindset, strong program development expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Develop & Execute a Scalable Partner Enablement Strategy – Design, launch, and optimize programs that drive partner engagement, enablement, and revenue growth.
- Build Partner-Focused Enablement Programs – Create tailored onboarding, training, and certification programs to ensure partners can effectively position and sell ZoomInfo solutions.
- Develop High-Impact Enablement Content – Own the creation and maintenance of partner playbooks, training materials, sales collateral, demo guides, and case studies—ensuring content is always aligned with evolving business needs and industry trends.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Product Management to refine messaging, develop joint value propositions, and create seamless partner sales motions.
- Lead Training & Certification Programs – Design and deliver live training, certifications, and self-paced learning experiences that drive deep partner proficiency and engagement.
- Implement Scalable Enablement Processes – Develop and refine a training, communication, and a partner enablement tools strategy.
- Measure & Optimize Impact – Define and track key performance indicators such as partner activation rates, co-selling pipeline growth, deal velocity, and revenue impact to continuously refine enablement efforts.
- Act as a Strategic Advisor – Serve as the critical link between Partnerships, Sales, and Product to ensure a unified, effective go-to-market approach.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in Partner Enablement, Sales Enablement, Partner Sales, or a related role within a high-growth SaaS organization.
- Proven ability to design and execute high-impact enablement programs for resellers, technology partners, or integration partners.
- Experience developing and delivering live and self-paced training programs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience influencing senior leadership and partner teams.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and actionable content.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, partner ecosystems, and enablement best practices.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking training effectiveness and enablement ROI.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and coaching skills—comfortable leading workshops and executive-level conversations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
