General Function/Role Purpose:

As a Senior Data Advisor, you will consult executive leadership at key enterprise clients, leveraging your advanced data management, analytics and Master Data expertise to drive maximum value from our premium DaaS offerings. You will guide the optimal engagement of our data within their ecosystems, specifically focusing on accelerating ROI for high-impact Go-To-Market (GTM) use cases. Your advisory will help clients apply our data to solve complex challenges in sales effectiveness, marketing precision, and overall GTM strategy, ultimately realizing tangible business value while building foundational data management capabilities.

What You’ll Do: 

  1. Lead strategic positioning initiatives for DaaS & Zoominfo within the marketplace and client enterprise data ecosystems, focusing on data management areas including integration, hierarchies, stewardship, and insights to drive improved business outcomes
  2. Serve as a strategic advisor to key clients, helping shape their vision and digital transformation strategy while ensuring Zoominfo/DaaS assets deliver maximum value
  3. Apply specialized expertise in enterprise data management, industry best practices, model-building, and Zoominfo/DaaS data applications to guide clients to meet their specific business objectives
  4. Collaborate directly with clients on projects, proof-of-concepts, and analytical follow-ups to demonstrate and quantify the value created through Zoominfo/DaaS solutions
  5. Develop recommended practices and reference guides to help scale the team.
  6. Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop materials, lead customer forums, speak at industry conferences, and participate in activities that generate opportunities for our sales teams
  7. Act as the Voice of the Customer, advocating for client needs with internal partners, particularly with Product teams focused on Data Management, Content, Identity Resolution, and Analytics
  8. Train SC's/DC's and other roles to up level data product knowledge for the entire team.
  9. Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  10. Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager. 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in Data Analytics, Data Operations, or Data Strategy, preferably supporting GTM, Sales, or Marketing teams.
  • Experience in SQL or Python for data manipulation, analytics, and automation.
  • Experience in working with data to support data science, machine learning and model training.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data management (integration, hierarchies, governance, and identity resolution).
  • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL pipelines.
  • Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights and quantify ROI.
  • Experience with DaaS solutions and API-driven data enrichment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive presentations.
  • Ability to train and mentor teams to scale best practices in data management.
  • Collaborative mindset, working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive data-driven strategies.

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
$140,000$192,500 USD
