IAM Systems Administrator II

We are seeking an experienced IAM Integration Specialist/Systems Administrator to join our Corporate Engineering team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management solutions, with a focus on Okta integration, workflow automation, and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes.
What you'll do:
IAM System Administration
- Administer and maintain Okta identity platform and related IAM infrastructure
- Configure and manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle management
- Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations across enterprise applications
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
Integration & Development
- Design and implement IAM integrations using APIs, SCIM, SAML, and OAuth protocols
- Develop custom connectors and automation scripts for identity management processes
- Integrate IAM solutions with HR systems, Active Directory, and cloud applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and processes
Workflow Automation & IGA
- Design and implement automated workflow solutions for access requests, approvals, and provisioning
- Manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes including access reviews, compliance reporting, and policy enforcement
- Develop automated compliance and audit reporting capabilities
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) models
Security & Compliance
- Ensure IAM solutions meet security standards and compliance requirements
- Conduct regular access reviews and remediation activities
- Implement and maintain multi-factor authentication (MFA) policies
- Support security audits and provide IAM-related documentation
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with Okta administration and configuration
- Proven experience with workflow automation tools and platforms
- Strong background in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
- Experience with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM protocols
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and directory services
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their IAM services
- Experience with API development and integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Okta Professional or Administrator certification
- Experience with IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Management)
- Knowledge of privileged access management (PAM) solutions
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Understanding of zero-trust security principles
- Experience with containerization and microservices architecture
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certifications
