We are on the lookout for a talented Content and Social Media Manager who can strategically craft and amplify our brand’s voice. This role is pivotal in driving engagement and connection with our audience through compelling storytelling across various social media platforms, blogs, and other content channels. As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll work to ensure our content aligns with our overall business objectives while resonating with our target audience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in full-time social media marketing, preferably in a SaaS or HR tech environment
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms’ best practices and trends
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a knack for creating compelling and engaging content for not only our brand, but also our employees and founders
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools, and ability to analyze data to optimize performance
• Ability to write and communicate a design brief. We have an in-house design team that will make your creative assets
• Eagerness to manage B2B influencer relationships and content. Past influencer marketing experience is a plus

This role is in our Boston office four days a week, with WFH on Wednesdays.
