About the Position:
VideaHealth is looking for an Onboarding & Training Specialist to join the Customer Success team. You will clinically onboard users, demonstrating how to use VideaAI and more importantly explaining why they want to use VideaAI. You will work closely with Sales, Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure VideaHealth products are delivering their full potential to users. To succeed in this role, you must be a great communicator, a fast learner, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has clinical experience in a dental office or practice, and a background in training, education, or onboarding. If this sounds like you then we’d like to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Onboarding Validations & Scheduling: Validate workflow and experience with each office.

Client Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding for new clients, including setup, training, and support for all practice employees.

Owner for all Customer product marketing materials including training & documentation

Develop and deliver training sessions, create onboarding documentation and support materials to enhance user understanding of VideaAI.

Technical Support Pre-Onboarding: Serve as the primary contact for clients during onboarding, addressing technical questions in partnership with the Implementation Engineer.

Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless transition for clients.

Facilitate feedback sessions to obtain testimonials and assess user satisfaction in order to address issues and bring voice of the consumer information to the CS and Product teams.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and understanding of relevant clinical operations, products and services within dental offices and the VideaAI Platform

Customer Engagement & Adoption:

Demonstrate extensive knowledge of dental office operations and the VideaAI Platform.

Utilize the total office concept to integrate VideaAI into dental practices

Drive customer acceptance and utilization of VideaAI

Gather customer feedback to improve product and service offerings

Conduct virtual and in-person training to ensure full adoption

About You:
-
Clinical dental experience
-
Prior experience in onboarding, training, or customer education

Strong communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual
-
Ability to translate technical features into clinical value for dental professionals

Comfortable with technical troubleshooting and collaboration with engineers

Skilled at creating documentation, training materials, and onboarding content

Experience working in a startup environment
