The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter to take ownership of our Veeva Library of clinical instruments and translation processes. In this role, you’ll partner with product, services, and legal teams to streamline access to licensed instruments, manage translations across 80+ languages, and maintain audit-ready documentation. What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the Veeva Library of licensed clinical instruments, ensuring audit-ready documentation and accurate usage tracking across studies
- Partner with product, services, and legal teams to streamline instrument intake and validation processes
- Serve as primary relationship manager for copyright holders
- Manage end-to-end translation workflows supporting 80+ languages, ensuring cultural appropriateness
- Coordinate with translation vendors to maintain quality standards, meet regulatory timelines, and manage deliverables
- Drive process improvements across Veeva Library, and translation operations by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions
- Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and best practice guidelines for the Veeva Library and localization processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with a background in translation project management or licensing operations
- 2+ years of experience managing workflows in licensing, localization, or clinical trial settings
- Experience with translation management systems and licensing agreement structures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, create documentation, and solve operational challenges
- Experience in regulated or quality-focused environments with strong attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Compensation
- Base pay: $90,000 – $130,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
