Tripleseat
Product Analyst
Job Description
Product Analyst
About Tripleseat:
Tripleseat is the leading event management platform for restaurants, hotels, and unique venues. We help hospitality teams grow their event business with powerful tools for booking, communication, and payments — all in one place.
We’re growing our product team and looking for a Product Analyst who is excited to help bring thoughtful, user-driven features to market. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and collaborative who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and wants to make an impact across the full product lifecycle. This role can be based Remote or at our Concord, Ma headquarters.
What You’ll Do
As a Product Analyst, you’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineering to bring ideas to life — ensuring features are clearly defined, well-executed, and fully tested. While Product Managers own strategy and the backlog, you’ll support sprint execution from refinement through release.
Your responsibilities will include:
-
Own end-to-end manual testing of new features, bug fixes, and enhancements across web and mobile
-
Write and maintain test plans and acceptance criteria to ensure clear expectations across teams
-
Support Product Managers in feature refinement and clarification during grooming and planning sessions
-
Participate in all agile ceremonies, including daily standups, grooming, planning, retrospectives, and demos
-
Act as a detail-oriented sounding board during development, raising edge cases and usability concerns early
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Support, and Engineering to triage issues and verify resolution
-
Help ensure smooth handoffs to Go-to-Market teams by validating key functionality before release
-
Support feature success tracking post-release (QA monitoring, feedback collection, etc.)
Who You Are
-
You have experience in Customer Success, QA, support, or business analysis — ideally in a SaaS or tech environment — and are eager to grow into a more product-focused role.
-
You have a solid understanding of how software is built and tested, and enjoy working closely with engineers
-
You’re highly organized, detail-obsessed, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
-
You have experience writing clear, actionable bug reports and test documentation
-
You thrive in a collaborative environment, but aren’t afraid to speak up or ask clarifying questions
-
Bonus: You’ve worked in hospitality or with hospitality tech platforms
Why Tripleseat

-
The opportunity to make real product impact in a well-established, high-growth SaaS company
