- Conduct in-depth, structured screenings and interviews for complex and senior-level roles, serving as an SME on assessment of quality, calibrating with leaders, and proactively identifying pipeline or competency risks.
- Partner closely with senior business leaders to shape hiring plans, align recruitment strategies to business objectives, refine role requirements, and resolve misalignment early as a trusted advisor to directors and above.
- Drive structured interview process with Hiring Managers and Hiring teams including sending interview prep emails, collecting feedback and facilitating debriefs.
- Own proactive, consistent communication with candidates at every stage—designing scalable candidate-experience practices, managing sensitive or executive-level situations, and representing Symbotic with professionalism and influence.
- Build and maintain long-term talent networks through strategic sourcing, market research, and ongoing relationship management, providing stakeholders with insights that inform workforce planning and talent readiness.
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies that strengthen Symbotic’s employer brand and attract top-tier talent aligned to immediate and future organizational needs.
- Lead offer strategy across functions, negotiating complex terms, partnering with HRBPs and Compensation, and closing high-impact talent critical to business outcomes.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within Workday, contributing to data integrity and leveraging analytics to diagnose bottlenecks, forecast hiring needs, and support operational excellence.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters, sharing best practices in sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management, and candidate experience to drive consistency and elevate team capabilities.
- Lead external talent-engagement initiatives—industry events, conferences, associations, and social media—to elevate the employer brand and expand strategic talent networks.
- Use recruitment metrics, analytics, and market intelligence to assess process effectiveness, improve predictability, and make data-driven recommendations in partnership with TA Operations.
- Stay current on talent-market trends, emerging technologies, and best-practice recruiting methodologies to continuously advance Symbotic’s TA strategy, tools, and performance.
- Lead high-visibility projects and strategic recruiting initiatives that drive operational improvements and advance Symbotic’s hiring strategy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
