What we do

The Talent Acquisition team is part of the Human Resources organization which is responsible for partnering with Symbotic employees during the employment life cycle; starting with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, learning and development, and employee general support. The Talent Acquisition team supports the organization by engaging, attracting, and identifying top talent into the Symbotic organization.

The Site Operations Recruiting team plays a critical role in driving high-volume hiring across our warehouse network, ensuring optimal staffing levels are maintained across multiple shifts and locations. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand evolving workforce needs and implement creative, results-driven recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals. We’re looking for recruiters with a proven ability to build and manage robust talent pipelines across a range of skill levels, from entry-level to experienced operational roles.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies through various channels, including applicant tracking system (ATS) Workday, job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical qualifications, skills, competencies and cultural fit.

  • Collaborate with senior business partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives, develop job descriptions, and create and drive effective recruitment strategies.

  • Own and maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building with potential candidates.

  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality candidates and promote Symbotic as an employer of choice.

  • Lead efforts that build and enhance Symbotic's employer brand through various initiatives, including social media presence, career fairs, and industry events.

  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Lead special projects and recruiting initiatives that raise the bar on talent acquisition for the organization.

  • Other Duties Assigned.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minium of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on senior and specialized roles.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.

  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform and improve recruitment strategies.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Our Environment

  • Up to 20% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.

  • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed bi-weekly.
