GTM Readiness Lead
Job Description
What we need
As the GTM Readiness Lead (Go To Market) you will be responsible for equipping our GTM teams with training, onboarding, enablement materials, and readiness programs they need to execute confidently and consistently. You will be ensuring that our revenue generating teams are prepared to deliver exceptional customer experience. This position reports to Senior Manager, Revenue Operations.

Exol* is pioneering warehousing-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations, and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as wholesale, retail, and general merchandising.

What you'll do

Own the onboarding and continuous learning curriculum for Sales and GTM teams.

Develop playbooks, training modules, certification paths, and new-hire ramp programs.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to build role-based enablement plans.

Deliver live and asynchronous training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs.

Create readiness assessments, scorecards, and certification processes.

Ensure GTM teams are prepared for product updates, new messaging, and strategic initiatives in partnership with Product and Demand Generation.

Track adoption, competency, and training effectiveness to drive program optimization.

Manage overall change management for sales and SDRs.

Oversee technology feature releases and program management with road mapping, release notes, and overall enablement to sales and SDRs.
What you'll need

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Minimum 8 years of experience in sales enablement, sales readiness, GTM training, or similar roles.

Experience building structured onboarding and enablement programs at scale.

Strong facilitation, communication, and curriculum-building skills.

Familiarity with enablement platforms, readiness tools, and content management systems.

Familiarity with product and program management.
-
Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence GTM leadership.

Data-driven approach to assessing performance and training impact.

Employee must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other locations.

The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and manage expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
