Senior Product Manager

VentureFizz is the leading community website & search firm focused on the Boston tech industry.  We help fast growing tech companies with hiring for strategic & high impact roles in Product Management.

We have been engaged by one of the top AI Product Studios in the country to help them find a Senior Product Manager to join the team.  This studio works closely with a variety of industry-leading companies.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy and working through the full lifecycle to the launch of products for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Research markets and competitive landscapes to define the overarching strategy.
• Translate the high-level product vision into specific user stories and requirements. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for delivery.
• Manage 2–3 active clients at a time, gaining deep domain expertise in their business model to drive product success.
• Lead client meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide progress updates.
• Assist with sales activities by participating in initial prospect meetings and proposals.

Requirements:

• Strong background as a Product Manager with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven track record of conceptualizing and launching software or web applications.  
• Experience with AI solutions is not required.
• Critical thinker and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communicator with experience working with external clients or key internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams to lead products from concept to launch.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
