We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-focused Data Analyst to join our Member Services team. In this role, you will analyze member interactions, business trends, and operational performance to identify areas for improvement, optimize support processes, and enhance member satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in analyzing data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns that support improvements in the member experience and business performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and facilitate data mining efforts to support ad-hoc analyses and initiatives.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends in member behavior and operational performance.
- Ensure data accuracy by working with Business Intelligence and Member Services Operations teams to validate and organize datasets for analysis.
- Present findings through clear data visualizations, reports, and summaries to help stakeholders make informed decisions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a customer service, logistics, fulfillment, loss prevention or similar eCommerce setting.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating datasets using tools such as Oracle SQL Developer, Snowflake, and similar platforms.
- Solid mastery of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud) and their data structures is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Expected Base Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000
