Sr Benefits Manager
Job Description
About the role:
The Sr Benefits Manager oversees Quickbase’s employee benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with company values. This role manages plan design, vendor relationships, compliance, and employee communication to help our people feel supported and informed.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness programs.

Lead annual open enrollment, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.

Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefits offerings based on employee needs and market trends.

Oversee relationships and contracts with benefits vendors and brokers.

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA).

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions, providing clear and timely support.

Partner with HR, payroll, and finance to maintain accurate data and smooth processes.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in employee benefits administration or total rewards.

Strong knowledge of benefits laws and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with self-insured policies preferred

At Quickbase, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to equitable pay practices. The compensation range for this role is $78,000 – 122,000 per year. The exact compensation offered will be based on experience, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Beyond salary, employees receive bonus/commission eligibility and access to a full benefits package including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, etc.
