Quickbase is seeking an innovative marketing campaigns manager to drive high-impact, revenue marketing programs. This role will architect and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive new business acquisition across different vertical markets. As a key member of our growth marketing organization, you will have high visibility and work on strategic priorities that drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Architect comprehensive, data-driven marketing campaigns that align with Quickbase’s growth initiatives
  • Lead cross-organizational marketing efforts to establish requirements and execution plans across these initiatives
  • Develop and manage strategic co-marketing partnerships to extend market reach and impact

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Orchestrate integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including budget management, coordinating the campaign bill-of-materials, and program timeline coordination
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across campaign assets and touchpoints
  • Direct external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaign elements

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product marketing, sales, product management, and executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across the organization to drive marketing integration and effectiveness
  • Engage with customers and sales organizations to promote new technologies and solutions effectively

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Generate actionable insights to track performance and deliver comprehensive campaign performance reports to executive leadership
  • Continuously refine marketing approaches based on performance data and market feedback
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic marketing decisions

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in technology marketing with demonstrated success in demand generation and campaign management
  • Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and manage complex projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated experience in integrated campaign execution
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics analysis
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Experience working within a matrix organization and managing cross-functional initiatives
