Job Description
Position Overview:
Are you excited by the intersection of product-led growth, marketing technology, and creative data-driven problem solving? Do you love learning new systems, spotting gaps, and figuring out smarter ways to leverage AI to drive growth?
Quickbase is looking for a Associate Demand Generation Manager to support demand activation for a new product with a strong PLG motion. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly motivated individual contributor who is eager to learn, experiment, and leverage AI and modern marketing systems to unlock new paths to growth.
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the full B2B demand engine, from digital experiences and marketing automation to CRM, routing, and outbound orchestration. You’ll support campaign execution across PLG and traditional demand motions while developing a deep understanding of how systems, data, and creativity come together to drive pipeline and revenue.
This role is designed to build a strong foundation in growth marketing, marketing operations, and AI-enabled execution, with meaningful ownership and room to grow.
Core Responsibilities
PLG & Demand Activation Execution
-
Support execution of product-led growth campaigns, including digital journeys, in-product and email nurture programs, and lifecycle campaigns.
-
Assist with broader demand initiatives such as webinars, events, and cross-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment across systems and teams.
-
Partner with stakeholders to translate growth ideas into executable campaigns.
Marketing Systems & Orchestration
-
Learn and support the orchestration of Quickbase’s marketing and revenue tech stack, including web experiences, Marketo, RingLead, Salesforce (SFDC), Outreach, UserGems, and more.
-
Develop a working understanding of how each system contributes to demand creation, capture, routing, and follow-up.
-
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities within workflows and proactively suggest improvements.
AI-Enabled Problem Solving
-
Leverage AI tools to support campaign execution, content creation, analysis, and process optimization.
-
Experiment with AI to improve speed, personalization, and decision-making across marketing initiatives.
Data & Insights
-
Pull and analyze data from SFDC, Marketo, and Power BI to monitor performance and inform optimization.
-
Support reporting on campaign engagement, product usage signals, and demand outcomes.
-
Use data to help answer “what’s working, what’s not, and what should we try next?”
Requirements:
-
Strong interest in product-led growth, demand activation, and B2B SaaS marketing.
-
A curious, proactive self-starter who enjoys identifying problems, asking questions, and learning by doing.
-
Comfortable working as an individual contributor while collaborating cross-functionally.
-
Tech-savvy mindset with enthusiasm for learning marketing platforms, automation tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
-
Data-driven approach; comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and performance metrics.
-
Ability to balance attention to detail with understanding the bigger picture.
-
Prior exposure to tools like CRM, marketing automation, analytics, or BI tools is a plus, but not required.
Rewards:
-
Work in a best-in-class marketing team at a high-growth technology company with a fun, driven, and collaborative workplace environment.
-
Hybrid work environment with commuter benefits.
-
Work on high-impact projects that produce meaningful results and offer visibility to senior management.
-
Ongoing and real-time feedback to help you in your job as well as for shaping your career path.
-
Project ownership from end to end, with exposure to multiple functional groups.
-
World-class office building steps away from the Aquarium T stop and short walks to both North and South Stations — with amenities including cold brew tap, snacks, flexible workspaces, and great networking opportunities.
