We’re a team of LegalTech professionals transforming the way in-house legal teams manage their outside counsel programs. And, we’re looking for an in-house attorney to join us as we build out our Legal function. You’ll come with all of the typical In-house Counsel skillset, with a commercially-focused approach and a passion for innovation. What You’ll Do:

Draft, review, analyze, negotiate and manage the contract process for customers/sales, partnerships, non-disclosure and related agreements
Draft and negotiate a variety of other complex commercial agreements
Partner with our Sales & Customer Success teams to negotiate and close revenue while balancing corporate policies, business procedures, data privacy and compliance matters
Negotiate vendor agreements for various products and services, including SaaS, professional services, marketing & events, real estate, software development, etc.
Partner with our Leadership team and other stakeholders on a wide range of legal, business and strategic issues in a fast-paced and high growth environment
Support the review and vetting of new product features and functionality, including AI, prior to commercialization as well as marketing content/materials
Provide guidance to GC with the due diligence process for M&A activity
Research and provide recommendations on varying legal issues (eg. anti-trust and competition, all things data privacy, IP etc.), and assist in drafting company policies and guidelines
Requirements
Who You Are:

JD from an accredited law school, and current license to practice in the United States
3-5+ years of legal experience, including at a law firm and/or in-house experience with technology companies
Proven track record of providing practical, commercially-oriented legal advice and guidance
Solid knowledge and experience with privacy laws, particularly in the US and Europe, specifically within technology companies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
Practical and commercial approach to problem solving and decision making
Proven contract management and contract negotiation skills
Experience with subscription/SaaS agreements strongly preferred; familiarity with privacy, and/or information security a plus
Team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment and able to handle pressure and deadlines
