Location: Cincinnati, OH
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office (M, Tu, Th) / 2 days remote (W,F) weekly
Job Summary
The PatientPoint Finance team is in an exciting season of building and growing its Finance team. We are actively looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our already engaged and committed team. What You’ll Do
- Business Partnering: Leverage strong relationships and understanding of functional areas to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Collaborate with senior management to align their financial strategies with overall organization objectives.
- Strategic Financial Insights: Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on thorough analysis of financial data and trends. Translate financial data into actional recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of financial analysts. Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to foster growth and excellence within the team.
- Financial Modeling & Investment Evaluation: Develop and maintain financial models and scenarios to analyze and evaluate strategic initiatives and business opportunities. Evaluate potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Identify Financial Risks: Identify and assess financial risks to the business and develop mitigation strategies.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Oversee the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for specific areas of the business. Develop and manage budgets, prepare financial forecasts, and track performance against targets. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results to provide insights into business performance.
- Process Improvement: Challenge the status quo and proactively identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
- Ad Hoc Analysis and Projects: Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analysis as required by senior management. Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
What We Need
- 8+ years of proven success in a Finance, Accounting or relevant role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Advanced comprehension of Accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
- Demonstrated success leading a team of financial analysts or significant relevant projects.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with NetSuite Accounting Software, SmartView, NetSuite Planning and Budgeting / Oracle Planning Budgeting Cloud Service, and Salesforce
- Proficient in creating new financial models using assumption drivers that provide meaningful predictions.
- Passion for developing and coaching teammates.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with Senior Leadership. Ability to influence without authority.
