Summary:
As the Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by helping us identify and hire top talent while enhancing our hiring processes to ensure a smooth and delightful candidate journey. This role reports to the VP of People and will be a strategic contributor on the People Team as the owner of recruiting. We're seeking someone who excels in their recruiting responsibilities and is eager to expand their skills in new areas. Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the end-to-end hiring process – from sourcing stellar candidates to managing interviews and extending offers, ensuring a seamless hiring experience that reflects our culture and values.
- Strategic Sourcing: Get creative! Use a variety of strategies to find diverse and exceptional talent, especially for those hard-to-fill roles.
- Brand Awareness: Partner with the Marketing team to create exciting and attractive hiring collateral and build brand awareness in the SaaS talent marketplace.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use metrics and data to identify trends, measure performance, and continuously improve the hiring and onboarding processes.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team’s needs, align on hiring goals, and ensure timely communication throughout the process.
- Recruiting & Onboarding Operations:
- Analyze current recruiting workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Implement innovative solutions that streamline operations and create a scalable approach to hiring while ensuring fair and equitable processes.
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to fine-tune our onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and inclusive environment for new hires.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, preferably Greenhouse
- Proven track record of strategic sourcing and employment branding
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
