Executive Administrator (EA) – Boston Seaport – Hybrid – 3 days onsite

Nasuni is a profitable, growing SaaS data infrastructure company reinventing enterprise file storage and data management in an AI-driven world. As we continue to scale , we are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Administrator / Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is both strategic and operational, designed for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities, drive efficiency, and serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership. 

As the Executive Assistant, you will 

  1. Proactively manage and prioritize complex, high-volume calendars for multiple senior leaders, ensuring schedules align with business priorities. 
  2. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes, using Concur.  
  3. Attend leadership meetings, take notes, track action items, and proactively follow up to keep initiatives on track. 
  4. Act as a time manager and strategic partner to executives, helping them stay organized, focused, and prepared. 
  5. Create and design presentations for executives. 
  6. Plan and support internal events, including team offsites, QBRs, and customer meetings, managing logistics such as venue selection, catering, travel, agendas, and materials. 
  7. Partner closely with other Executive Administrators and cross-functional teams to align schedules, priorities, and company-wide initiatives. 
  8. Manage budgets, POs, and expense reports, using tools like Teampay, Brex, and Concur, ensuring timely, accurate submissions and reconciliation.  
  9. Contribute to general office operations support and a collaborative, high-performing work environment. 

Required skills + experience we look for are…  

  • Minimum of 3 years of executive-level assistant experience, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry. 
  • Demonstrated ability to pivot quickly, stay organized under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. 
  • Experience managing heavy, complex calendaring for multiple senior leaders. 
  • Moderate experience with Concur or other travel management platforms. 
  • Proven ability to initiate and manage POs, budgets, and expenses using finance applications like Teampay and Brex. 
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving ability, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

It’s an added bonus if you have…  

  • Experience with travel platforms like Concur. 
  • Familiarity in a tech or Saas environments. 
  • Moderate experience with event planning.
