Backed by Vista Equity Partners, Nasuni is on a growth journey from $160M to $400M+ ARR. To support this scale, we're hiring a Director of Global Demand Generation to build a world-class demand engine that fuels pipeline across North America, EMEA, and beyond.

The Opportunity
As Director of Global Demand Generation, you’ll own and scale Nasuni’s demand strategy across the full buyer lifecycle — from early-stage awareness to pipeline acceleration. You’ll lead a growing team of demand marketers and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, SDRs, and our Web team.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll use cutting-edge tools like 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce, and AI-powered platforms to target, engage, convert, and expand our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a growth-minded leader ready to take demand gen global.
What You'll Own
- Global Demand Strategy: Architect and lead Nasuni’s full-funnel demand generation engine — driving MQLs, MQAs, SALs, and pipeline.
- AI-Powered ABM: Operationalize intent data with 6sense and other AI tools to drive account-based strategies across industries and regions.
- Global Growth: Own demand generation globally, partnering with the NA & EMEA marketers to understand their goals and build scalable programs that meet the needs of the regions.
- Digital & Paid Media: Lead integrated programs across digital, SEM, paid social, syndication, and retargeting to drive conversions.
- Website as a Demand Hub: Partner with Web team to create a modern, conversion-optimized website experience that guides prospects through the funnel.
- Lifecycle Programs: Create nurture tracks that engage buyers at every stage — from first touch to closed-won and expansion.
- Pipeline Acceleration: Collaborate with Sales and SDRs to activate campaigns that move deals faster and increase win rates.
- Team Leadership: Grow, mentor, and inspire a high-performing demand generation team with global reach.
Your Impact
- Translate GTM strategy into measurable pipeline targets and programs.
- Increase velocity and efficiency across the funnel using AI insights.
- Improve ROI by continuously optimizing media mix and campaign execution.
- Accelerate Nasuni’s growth across existing and new markets.
Who You Are
- 10+ years in B2B demand generation, with 3+ years in a Director role at a high-growth SaaS or data infrastructure company.
- Track record of building demand gen engines that scale revenue in companies from $100M+ to $400M+ ARR.
- Expertise in Account-Based Marketing, full-funnel programs, and campaign attribution.
- Deep understanding of modern MarTech stacks: 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) to optimize messaging, segmentation, and workflows.
- Strategic, data-driven, and execution-minded — with the ability to both plan and roll up your sleeves.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator and inspiring team leader.
