About the Role
Maven AGI is looking for an experienced BtoB Content and Social Media Manager to lead our content and social strategy, driving awareness, engagement, and thought leadership across LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and other key platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on—comfortable developing content, managing a multi-channel presence, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring that Maven AGI’s brand personality and voice are consistently reflected in all content and social initiatives.
You will oversee content creation across multiple formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces, while also managing content partnerships and vendor relationships (e.g., Sprout, content marketing agencies). Additionally, you will align content efforts with sales enablement to ensure that our materials support GTM objectives.

What You’ll Do
- Content Strategy & Creation – Write and oversee the development of blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership content that positions Maven AGI as an industry leader.
- Social Strategy & Execution – Develop and execute a multi-platform social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant channels to engage enterprise audiences.
- Brand & Content Partnerships – Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand Maven AGI’s brand reach and content distribution.
- Content Calendar Management – Own and manage a content and social media calendar to ensure strategic and consistent messaging.
- Sales Enablement Content – Partner with PMM to oversee the creation of content necessary for sales and GTM efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Trendspotting & Thought Leadership – Identify emerging trends, industry conversations, and engagement opportunities to position Maven AGI as a leader in enterprise AI.
- Analytics & Optimization – Leverage social media analytics tools to measure performance, optimize engagement, and report on key metrics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner with sales and growth teams to align content and social efforts with broader GTM strategies.
- Brand Voice & Consistency – Ensure that all content and social media efforts consistently reflect Maven AGI’s brand personality and values.
- Adaptability & Experimentation – Test new formats, explore emerging platforms, and continuously refine our approach based on data and audience behavior.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, social media strategy, or digital marketing.
- Enterprise tech experience required; startup experience a plus.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills—able to translate complex topics (like generative AI) into engaging and digestible content for our ICP.
- Expertise in LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other social platforms, with a deep understanding of audience behaviors and engagement tactics.
- Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics, Google Analytics, and performance measurement tools.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee content production across multiple sources.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop content that supports business goals.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mentality. Comfortable in fast-paced environments and eager to test and iterate on new ideas.
- Excitement for AI, enterprise innovation, and digital engagement.
- Strong collaboration skills. Able to balance multiple priorities while working across teams.
