The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our Dedicated Team and support Customer Operations outside of the United States. As a Technical
Consultant, you will provide strategic leadership consulting to assist international operations with implementing safety standards designed to
identify and mitigate risk. You will collaborate with key global stakeholders in Canada, Mexico, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate
will possess strong relationship-building skills, service management expertise, acute customer focus, and a passion for quality execution.
Fluency in Spanish is required – final candidates will demonstrate proficiency through third party testing.
The position may be in any city with a major airport (e.g. Atlanta, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, or New York City) and is fully remote. At a
minimum, there will be quarterly international travel lasting between 1 to 3 weeks in duration.

- Provide comprehensive consulting services based on the unique opportunities and challenges of each operation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple time zones to develop and execute risk mitigation strategies that enhance operational effectiveness

- Build and sustain relationships at all levels of the organization, becoming a trusted influencer to impact business objectives

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of direct consulting experience
- Proven ability in advanced level research, evaluation, and analysis functions
- Demonstrated ability to consult with, form relationships, and influence all levels of an organization
- Successful track record in risk mitigation, solutions management, project management, and management consulting
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications/designations (CSP, ARM, CPCU, CIH, CPE, PE)

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree with coursework in math, engineering or related areas (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of directly related consulting experience in loss prevention or progressive safety/heath field.
- Candidates are typically working towards (or obtained) an advanced degree and/or professional certification in one or more of the following areas: CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, or CPE.
- Advanced knowledge, skills and experience in a specialized field, service planning and delivery, risk assessment, risk analysis, solutions management and progress measurement.
- Fully effective interpersonal, writing and other communication skills required to develop and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and industry contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to retrieve and enter information using various proprietary software applications and create/modify documents and complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Office suite.
- Position requires regular travel and overnight travel on short notice in response to customer operations.
