The Personal Lines Auto Product Management organization is hiring for a position on the Auto Product Design team to support the Experience Optimization focus area. The team is responsible for identifying product levers to optimize the quote experience. Examples include: optimizing use of third party data for prefill, partnering to design interview questions that enable accuracy. We partner across the organization and each channel to accomplish our goals, frequently leveraging A/B testing to deploy new concepts. We seek an energetic, intellectually curious problem solver with a passion for deep data analysis to help us design, launch, and analyze results of new enhancements to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting analysis and research to assess product enhancement opportunities; Independently queries data to conduct analysis of key performance metrics
- Manages projects of moderate complexity and works cross functionally to develop business recommendations and bring enhancements to market
- Presents recommendations to Auto Product leadership and crossfunctional leadership teams
- May be assigned to mentor or supervise intern or rotational analysts
- Develop subject matter expertise of auto product and quote flows across channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field.
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, typically 4 years.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem).
- Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
