As an Early Talent Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Programs co-op, you have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and expand your mind in the world of HR.

You’ll work individually—and as part of a team—to build your critical knowledge and skills across a wide array of recruiting concentrations including, talent management and engagement, sourcing strategies, interviewing, programming and much more!

Qualifications

What You’ve Got

  • You have 0-2 years of professional experience.
  • You’re an undergrad working towards a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • You have a strong academic record with a cumulative 3.0 GPA preferred
  • You possess strong communication, organization, customer service, and project management skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
  • You must be able to work full-time from January – June 2026

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
