Senior Implementation Consultant (Liaison International, LLC.; Watertown, MA): The Senior Implementation Consultant will manage client data integration projects that transfer data between Liaison products and the individual school systems configure and monitor the implementation of client integrations between different Liaison products. Additionally, the Senior Implementation Consultant will be tasked with maintaining and continuously improving the implementation documentation and tools. The role is also responsible for being detail oriented, technically minded, possessing strong communication skills, and excelling in building long-lasting relationships and working collaboratively. Specific responsibilities include: Working with clients to determine workflows, documentation, and procedures to verify proper product usage and integration process; Capturing scope definition and other project configuration definitions in project artifacts; Completing account specific requirements, thoroughly testing, and ensuring accurate product integration; Delivering top quality customer service throughout the implementation process; Communicating effectively with excellent verbal and written skills; Building strong relationships with client team members, working successfully under pressure, maintaining positive attitude, and meeting client project deadlines in an efficient and professional manner; Providing support to customers, answering questions on data integration and product usage; Investigate and analyze emerging integration service models to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness; Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in integration services to drive continuous improvement and innovation; Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented integration services, making recommendations for optimizations and enhancements as needed; Test integration solutions thoroughly to ensure seamless interoperability and functionality across various platforms and systems. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field plus 5 years of experience in delivering or supporting data integration projects.
Must have: Experience with configuring clients on a Client Success or Implementation team within a SaaS company. Proficiency in interacting with and configuring end-user SaaS tools: Strong aptitude for bridging technical and business domains, effectively translating business needs into technical solutions and vice versa. Knowledge of Informatica (as an ETL tool.) Ability to interact with APIs through tool-based interface, such as PostMan. Data literacy and the ability to understand data in multiple formats such as .CSV, .XML, and .JSON. Some networking literacy to be able to coherently talk about and perform light troubleshooting around SFTP delivery, firewalls, and Amazon S3, etc. A basic foundation in programing so that you can understand and manipulate scripts and code developed by others in languages such as JavaScript, Python, Scripting, etc. Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships. Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities on tight deadlines.
