The Digital Graphic Designer is responsible for designing high-quality, digital-first creative assets that support enrollment and marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role translates creative strategy into visually compelling, platform-appropriate executions for web and paid media, while also supporting print and email deliverables as needed.
Working across multiple agency clients, the Digital Graphic Designer ensures all assets are on-brand, accessible, and aligned with marketing goals. This role collaborates closely with creative strategy, copy, and campaign teams to deliver consistent, high-performing creative that meets quality and execution standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design digital-first creative assets, including web and landing page layouts, display and social ads, and short-form motion or video content.
- Produce print, email, and other traditional marketing assets as needed, ensuring visual consistency across channels.
- Translate creative strategy, messaging, and concepts into effective visual executions in partnership with copywriters and strategists.
- Develop visual layouts and design systems that support usability, accessibility, and conversion best practices.
- Execute creative across multiple agency clients, adapting visual style to align with institutional brand guidelines.
- Create and edit short-form motion and video assets, including ad variations and simple animated sequences optimized for digital platforms.
- Manage assigned design tasks and deliverables according to established timelines, workflows, and project priorities.
- Prepare and package final files for deployment across web, paid media, email, and print environments.
- Support creative testing efforts by producing visual and motion-based variants for performance optimization.
- Ensure all assets meet quality, accuracy, accessibility, and platform-specific specifications.
- Maintain organized files, version control, and supporting documentation.
- Leverage design, motion, and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, asset versioning, and creative iteration.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of design experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment.
- Strong visual design skills with emphasis on digital-first assets such as web layouts, paid media ads, and social content.
- Experience creating short-form motion and video assets, including animated graphics and social cutdowns.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
- Ability to adapt visual style across multiple clients while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and platform-specific design best practices.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
